Thickness is 1.5mm to 3mm or 5mm.

Structure is Horizontal, Cross Vertical, Cross Horizontal or Vertical.  

And Cross structure is the most hot one as the steady and wonderful hardness even compare to maple wood, 

it has very much advantages on hardness and density and anti-water after oil.
