Bamboo Factory Environment

 Bamboo is a green, environmentally conscious material because when managed responsibly, it is a fast, sustainable source of 

raw material for a wide variety of uses.Bamboo grows very rapidly and reaches harvestable maturation in 4 to 7 years.

Compare that to a hardwood or even an evergreen tree which takes much longer to reach the point where it can provide 

a useful amount of material. When harvested, the roots of the bamboo plant are also preserved and the same plant 

will regenerate usable product within another 5 years. 

Ourbamboo factory plant established at July, 2010 in Jian’ou city , Jianou is very famous city of abundant Phyllostachys pubescens

 mao bamboo strand material with a capable of 3000CBM per month . 

 

Our bamboo factory plant is capture an area of 4000 square meters,and we currently have professional and 

technical personnel 35 peoples. And total personnel of 150 peoples. 

 

 

 

The process of bamboo sheet :

First:  A selection of moso bamboo, bamboo age is not depend on the bamboo plant high which not mean the longer the better or the shorter the better,

 but to choose the right's bamboo plant with ages of 5-6 ages , general Moso bamboo the rod should be straight, round,

 in case coarse bend bamboo which need the hand alignment, so to improve yield .  

If Less than 5 years of the bamboo, then bamboo cell inclusion accumulation is less,

 and the larger micropore will be in the plant fiber, then after drying, it is easy deformation,

 and the dry shrinkage and wet expansion coefficient of manufactured goods is higher, the geometric deformation is larger also,

 so it is not appropriate to use .  But if the bamboo plant age is more than 5-6 years old, then after drying, it is super hard (silicon content increase),  

but strength began to decrease,  and super hard also damage the tools during processing,  

so it is not a lot of choice. So for the laminated bamboo panels or other decorative bamboo  plates, 

the best selection of bamboo age is 5 6 years, which the bamboo eyebrow is up the earth from 1.5m grown up to 10m around.

 

Second to put bamboo materials into the device,to processing bamboo into the tank and shut the tank door ,

The specific operation are as follows:

1, the closed tank door, observation tank door and tank flange clamp ring around two planes are parallel and adjust;

2, confirm the parallel, start the hydraulic system of screwing clamp ring;

3, bamboo material vacuum operation: Tank closed doors, open the vacuum valve and close all other valve,

 vacuum began operations, and maintains a vacuum;

4, bamboo material: vacuum pressure after the operation, the use of vacuum of lotion, according to different materials,

 the standard pressure.

Third： is bamboo softening: bamboo plants ‘advocate organization is compact and resilient,

  the tensile strength and bending strength is high,  softening bamboo strip make it is easy to bend and fixing. 

Through high temperature (160 DEG C) rapid heating, chemical reagents and folded bundle of microwave heating, 

and other several softening method also can make bamboo strips effectively soften
